ULTRA TESLA HI-EMT CHAIR

What is Pelvic Floor Therapy?

Millions of people worldwide suffer from weak pelvic floor muscles – a condition that not only compromises core stability but also leads to a range of debilitating symptoms.

Chronic lower back pain and urinary incontinence are among the most common issues, impacting both men and women and often diminishing quality of life. Factors such as ageing, childbirth, and sedentary lifestyles can contribute to this weakness, making it a widespread concern that affects everyday comfort and overall well-being.

The Ultra Tesla Seat uses electromagnetic stimulation which activates the nerves that control the pelvic floor, causing the muscles to tighten, hold and relax repeatedly. The technology can create contractions that are far more powerful and frequent than we are able to achieve voluntarily ourselves. While we can consciously squeeze and release our pelvic floor muscles, we cannot naturally reproduce the intensity and number of contractions generated by the chair. It is essentially an intensive workout for the pelvic floor, with the technology doing the work for you.

Sessions last approximately 30 minutes, with intensity adjusted to the individual. There is no invasive procedure and no requirement to undress, making it a discreet and convenient option for both men and women looking to incorporate pelvic-floor training into their wellbeing routine.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

What happens in a session?

You simply take a seat and relax through a 30 minute session. The Ultra Telsa Seat delivers repeated electromagnetic stimulation to the pelvic-floor muscles, inducing supramaximal muscle contractions to strengthen  them effortlessly and effectively. The intensity is adjusted gradually and most clients find the session comfortable – many people read or listen to something while they sit. Afterwards, you can carry straight on with your day.

After six sessions on the Ultra Tesla Seat, patients have typically developed the new motor pattern needed to control pelvic floor muscles better and regain control.
